  • Provide market insight, competitor intelligence and forward-looking analysis, coordinate with the technical, product and engineering teams so that customer requirements translate into competitive, compliant solutions, and maintain robust pipeline reporting and forecasting

What you'll bring

  • A strong track record in business development or strategic sales within traction propulsion, rail power electronics or high-power semiconductors
  • A highly developed network across the major European traction OEMs and key system integrators
  • An understanding of traction drive systems, converters and inverters, IGBT modules, bipolar technologies and power-assembly solutions
  • Experience promoting complex technical solutions through concept, design, validation and delivery, with strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills
  • The ability to work independently across diverse European markets with frequent travel; fluent English, with further European languages an advantage
