Weeks 1-2: Research and Approach

  • Acceptance and Commencement: Written acceptance by the client of campaign terms and conditions is received by Global Technology Recruitment, and the campaign commences.

  • Target List Agreement: The client and Global Technology Recruitment will agree on a target list of companies.

  • Candidate Sourcing: Names of suitable candidates from these target companies and our own network are gathered by Global Technology Recruitment.

  • Proactive Headhunting: Global Technology Recruitment proactively headhunts selected potential candidates discreetly and confidentially.

  • Job Advertising: The position will be advertised by Global Technology Recruitment on our website and relevant specialist job boards.

  • Job Presentation: The job opportunity is presented to target individuals by Global Technology Recruitment.

  • Marketing the Client: Global Technology Recruitment will market the client to potential candidates and establish interest and suitability.

Weeks 3-5: Interviews

  • Initial Screening: Interested candidates are interviewed and screened by Global Technology Recruitment to verify backgrounds, filter, and select the best.

  • Shortlist Presentation: Global Technology Recruitment presents a shortlist of suitable, interested candidates to the client.

  • Initial Screenings: As required, Global Technology Recruitment arranges initial telephone or face-to-face screenings - whichever is more appropriate for the client.

  • Candidate Selection: Based on the shortlist and/or initial screenings, the client chooses a minimum of three candidates to progress through to a formal face-to-face interview.

  • Interview Support: Depending on the client's requirements, we can either be involved in competency-based interviewing or develop competency questions for the client to use in the interview process specific to the requirement.

Weeks 6-8: Offer and Acceptance

  • Candidate Selection: The client chooses their preferred candidate.

  • Offer Assistance: Global Technology Recruitment provides advice and assistance where required to enable the client to make their initial written or verbal offer to the candidate.

  • Offer Delivery: The chosen candidate is contacted by Global Technology Recruitment to deliver the offer and gain their verbal acceptance. Should any questions be raised regarding any aspects of the offer, Global Technology Recruitment will professionally and respectfully address these as requested by the client.
