A fast-growing mixed-signal and power-management IC company, at a high-growth ramping-up stage in Europe, is looking for a Field Applications Engineer to be a key technical driver for major telecom customers in the region. The company designs high-efficiency, high-reliability power-management, signal-chain and analogue devices on its own manufacturing process technology.
Based in Stockholm, Sweden, with travel across Europe.
What you'll do
- Initiate and cultivate strong relationships with customer engineering teams, serving as the primary technical liaison
- Understand customer projects in depth and identify new project opportunities, sockets and applications
- Drive design-in activity and secure design wins at the engineering level, supporting successful integration of the company's solutions
- Work closely with the product line on development, testing and delivery, and introduce new products to customers
- Relay customer feedback to influence future product development and the roadmap
- Maintain the project tracker, develop application block diagrams and presentations, and keep the datasheet database current
What you'll bring
- An Electrical Engineering degree with strong technical acumen and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual fluency in Swedish and English
- High energy and self-motivation, able to lead initiatives independently in a fast-paced, startup-style growth environment
- Existing relationships with major telecom customers in Europe, a strong advantage
