Global Key Account Manager – Automotive

A fast-growing analogue and mixed-signal semiconductor company with a strong automotive focus, partnering with leading Tier 1 suppliers and OEMs on next-generation electrification, power management, sensing and safety systems, is looking for a Global Key Account Manager to drive strategic sales with key automotive Tier 1 customers across EMEA.

Remote, home-office based within EMEA, with around 30% travel across Europe and occasional trips to the company's headquarters in Asia. You will be the main point of contact for major accounts, working with product, applications, marketing and leadership teams to align customer needs with company strategy, securing new design-ins and growing long-term business.

What you'll do

• Manage and expand business relationships with key automotive Tier 1 customers across EMEA
• Lead customer engagement from early design-in through to project delivery and lifecycle support
• Understand customer system requirements and translate them into the technical and product roadmap
• Drive sales strategy and account planning to achieve revenue growth targets
• Prepare proposals, forecasts, pricing discussions and commercial negotiations
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (applications engineering, product marketing, supply chain) and monitor competitor positioning, market trends and customer roadmaps

What you'll bring

• 5+ years of sales or key account management in the semiconductor industry
• A track record in automotive semiconductor business, preferably with Tier 1 or OEM customers
• A strong background in analogue and mixed-signal semiconductors or equivalent technologies
• Proven experience managing customer projects and coordinating internal technical and commercial teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills, and the ability to translate technical value into business outcomes
• English and German are mandatory; French, Italian or Chinese a strong plus
