A consulting role in operational technology security for an engineering and technology consultancy, securing the control systems behind drive technology and energy supply for its customers. The work is project-based, on customer sites across northern Germany.
The role
- Advising customer projects on cyber security, for example in drive technology and energy supply.
- Running risk analyses and threat assessments for ICS and SCADA systems.
- Acting as the link between engineering, the customer and management, and explaining complex security topics clearly to each.
- Coordinating incident response in OT environments and driving preventive measures.
- Implementing standards such as IEC 62443 and ISO 27001 in system architectures.
- Supporting audits and compliance requirements.
What is needed
- A degree in engineering or the natural sciences, with or without professional experience.
- Fluent German, at C1 level or above.
- Willingness to work on site with customers across the region.
