Sales Director, Thermal Management and Power Solutions

A global leader in power electronics and energy-efficient systems, the world's largest provider of switching power supplies and a major source of power-management, thermal-management, industrial-automation and renewable-energy solutions, is looking for a Sales Director to lead key-account and sales strategy for its power-electronics portfolio across the EMEA region.

Based in Germany or the Netherlands, with travel up to 50% of the time.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute key-account and sales strategies for the power-electronics portfolio across EMEA
• Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with key clients to drive revenue growth
• Translate sales strategy into a concrete action plan and lead the team to defined revenue and growth targets
• Mentor and motivate the sales team to hit targets and sustain high performance
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategy, share insight and ensure execution of business goals

What you'll bring

• At least 15 years in sales and business development within the power-electronics industry in an international B2B environment
• At least 15 years of proven key-account management, developing and executing successful sales strategies
• At least 10 years of demonstrated leadership managing and motivating high-performing sales teams
• A strong track record of achieving targets and delivering growth in a competitive market
• A proactive, business-minded approach suited to a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Fluent English; additional languages beneficial
