Sales Manager, High-Power Industrial Power Supplies

A global leader in power electronics and energy-efficient systems is looking for a Sales Manager for industrial high-power supplies to introduce its industrial power supplies to equipment manufacturers in the semiconductor industry and other industrial segments, and to develop new customers there.

What you'll do

• Introduce the industrial power-supply range to equipment manufacturers in the semiconductor industry and other industrial segments, and develop new customers
• Generate leads through cold calls, exhibitions and web research
• Communicate and collaborate with corporate R&D and product-management teams on new projects and business
• Take responsibility for the yearly budget target and propose pertinent business plans
• Identify cross-selling opportunities with other product lines, and prepare periodic reports on account progress and goals
• Maintain CRM data on accounts and activities and document customer interactions

What you'll bring

• A university degree, technical background preferred (electrical engineering)
• 3 to 7 years in sales with a proven track record of generating new business, and knowledge of the industrial segment, preferably semiconductors
• A strong understanding of B2B sales principles, techniques and best practice
• The ability to work independently and own a yearly sales budget, with an open mind for learning and promoting products from different business units
• Fluent English, another language a plus, willingness to travel and a driving licence
