A leading manufacturer of power semiconductor modules for motor drives, UPS and solar inverter applications is looking for a Sales Manager to cover Italy and Italian-speaking Switzerland. The role is home-based in Italy.
You will drive sales growth across the territory, managing strategic key accounts and local distribution partners and converting commercial opportunities into design wins for the company's power semiconductor modules.

- Grow sales across Italy and Italian-speaking Switzerland

- Convert commercial opportunities into design wins across motor drives, UPS and solar inverter applications
- Develop new business through the full industrial power-conversion sales cycle
What you'll bring
- Proven B2B sales within the electronics or semiconductor industry, ideally industrial power conversion with long sales cycles
- Strong strategic key-account management and business development
- A technical background, with an Electrical Engineering degree preferred
- Fluent Italian and English
