Technical Marketing Manager

A leading manufacturer of power semiconductor modules, an international business with the agility of a mid-sized company, tackling the surging demand for efficient power conversion with modules that enable market-leading, energy-efficient applications, is looking for a Technical Marketing Manager to take full responsibility for, and influence over, its power semiconductor portfolio in a market- and customer-centric position.

Based just south-east of Munich, Germany.

What you'll do

• Be the trusted, knowledgeable technical partner of the company's power semiconductor suppliers at all levels, and of internal stakeholders and customers
• Lead the definition and execution of the chip-technology roadmap, monitoring suppliers' developments to anticipate market and technological trends
• Manage and coordinate technical discussions in cross-functional teams
• Create sales tools and promotional material, and conduct technical workshops
• Coordinate custom product developments, support design-in activity, and respond to business and technical enquiries

What you'll bring

• A degree in electrical engineering or physics focused on power electronics or semiconductors, and several years in technical marketing and/or power semiconductor development
• In-depth knowledge of power semiconductors: manufacturing, use cases in power electronics, and commercial and technical trade-offs
• The capacity to align technical capabilities with business requirements and map out strategies and action plans
• Project management skills and proven experience with cross-functional teams
• Fluent spoken and written English and strong communication skills across customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders in a multicultural environment
• The ability to excel both as an independent self-starter and a team player, staying calm and focused under pressure
