Technical Sales Manager, Power Discretes, Europe

A global power semiconductor company specialising in discrete, analogue and power semiconductor devices is looking for a Technical Sales Manager to drive growth across Europe. The company's technology enables efficient power conversion, power management and motor control across industrial, automotive and consumer applications.

Working remotely within Europe, with regular travel across the territory. The product focus is power discrete semiconductors: thyristors, SCRs and triacs, power diodes (including ultrafast and hyperfast devices), high-voltage transistors and SiC Schottky diodes, serving EV charging, telecom and server power, AC-DC and DC-DC power supplies, solar inverters, motor control, industrial electronics and home appliances.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute sales and business-development strategies across the territory
• Identify and win new customers and applications while growing existing strategic accounts
• Build strong relationships with OEMs, EMS companies and distribution partners
• Drive demand-creation and design-in activity, engaging across engineering, purchasing, product management and senior commercial teams
• Own forecasting, pipeline management, commercial negotiation and pricing, supported by internal technical, product and marketing colleagues

What you'll bring

• Proven sales experience in the power semiconductor industry
• Strong account and distributor management
• A good understanding of the European power semiconductor market
• Experience with thyristors, triacs, power diodes, high-voltage transistors or SiC devices, highly relevant
• Fluent English; German and other European languages an advantage
