Railway technology recruitment
Rail runs on a longer clock than the rest of electronics. A traction chain is specified once and expected to work for thirty years, qualification against EN 50155 and the TSIs outlasts whole product generations in other markets, and the customers are a short list of builders and operators who all know each other. The people who can win work there are known to that list, and they are not the same people who sell power semiconductors into distribution.
Technologies we recruit for
- Traction converters and inverters
- Traction motors and propulsion systems
- High-power IGBT and SiC modules for rail
- Auxiliary power and battery systems
